Target companies cannot access the platform, investment opportunities are published by us after pre-screening. Investors are not visible to target companies and other investors.

Absolute confidentiality (investors are neither visible to target companies, nor to other investors).

Procedure:

Register online by clicking on “Continue to registration”.
If your registration meets our requirements, you will receive an account confirmation email.
You can then access the listed investment opportunities and order the teasers of the investments of interest to you.
If you wish to go further, we enter into a Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreement with you, and we send you the complete investment documentation.
If you wish to go ahead, we introduce you to the relevant target company.

Fee structure:
